Therefore, the company has developed strict and detailed internal quality control standards in all aspects from the raw material procurement, testing, production, packaging, to storage under the framework of the international quality system (ISO9000), and based on the actual conditions of the company.

I、Cashmere raw materials
    The prominent feature of cashmere raw materials is that they are purely natural, which means that nothing artificial should be found in them. They are highly related to the place of origin, transport, production carding, water quality, climate, and environment. To this point, the Consinee people’s first quality control step is to “carefully select” the raw materials. They will select the place of origin, the carding plants, and the high-quality raw materials. Consinee's cashmere is 100% from the alpine cold regions of the western Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Qinghai, which are featured by fineness, long length, good hand touch, high purity, less dander and heterochromatic fibers; in addition, they are supplied exclusively to specialized manufacturers with certain technological strengths after being sorted and carted into dehaired fabrics. Therefore, the quality is relatively assured and the texture is better.

    The second step for ensuring the quality of raw materials is “inspection”. Consinee’s raw material testing is controlled by professional chief engineers with rich experience in the industry. We select the latest state-of-the-art testing equipment produced by different manufacturers, to perform one-by-one tests on the raw materials (i.e., each package has to be sampled for the test). In addition to testing the content, length, and fineness of raw materials, we also test the single fiber strength, impurity, crude, and the content of heterochromatic fiber, making all efforts to safeguard quality-assured purchasing and selling.

II、Storage

    The most important thing about high-grade natural raw materials is purity. Therefore, the storage for cashmere raw materials is quite particular and demanding. It requires zero contamination or infection in the storage space.Therefore, Consinee maintains the separated storage and shelving in strict compliance with regulations according to different batches and types of raw materials. It is absolutely forbidden that different types of raw materials are put into the same warehouse, or different batches of raw materials are positioned on the same shelf. We ensure the truly clean, non-polluted, and well ventilated space of storage.

III、Dyeing

    Dyeing is very important to the quality of cashmere products, which is directly related to the indexes and performances of finished products. Therefore, it is attached with great importance in Consinee.

1. Pattern making
    Consinee requires that patterns are made according to the samples delivered from customers, and that they must pass the Datacolor 600 analysis; large cargo dyeing additives must be used for making patterns. The entire pattern making process must be completed manual, without using any mechanical products to ensure the operability of customers’ orders. At the same time, all the patterns for samples from customers will be archived for two years, and all patterns must pass the Datacolor 600 color matching test before leaving the factory, in which the color difference must reach or exceed Level 4 before they can be delivered. All confirmed patterns must use the same batch of raw materials to be put into production after receiving the order. If the same batch of raw materials are not available and it is exigent to change them with other batches, duplicate samples must be made, which should not be put into production without the confirmation of technical personnel.

2. Dyeing Production

    According to the special features of cashmere, the first step of cashmere dyeing production is onsite cleaning and batch-transition cleaning, which runs across the entire process of cashmere production. At the same time, high-quality and high-performance production equipment as well as a high-quality production team are necessary.

    Consinee uses the most advanced fully automated imported dyeing equipment, supported by first-class standard production spaces, as well as scientific convection ventilation systems and heat diversion systems. According to different colors, multiple drying systems are equipped, to avoid cross-infection or contamination.

    In terms of raw material dyeing, accessories and additives, Consinee consistently adheres to their own product positioning, and use high-end eco-friendly dyes and additives imported from Switzerland and Germany. The company has early past the ISO 14000 Environmental Protection Management certification, and has recently passed the eco-textile label OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, being one of the first companies having obtained such a certificate.

IV、Selecting raw materials

V、Spinning

    The quality control of spinning is most critical. The first area is the production environment. Consinee adopts wood floors and central air conditioning to maintain year-round constant temperature and humidity (temperature of 28°C-30°C, humidity of 65°C-75°C); for the production process. Consinee uses the four-level quality control method:

   
1. Carding nets, tops, yarn spindles, winding and twisting: sampling for yarn wound each time. 2. Yarn count deviation, strength, twist, and evenness: sampling for each batch
3. Color fastness, pilling, evenness, and CV values: sampling for each batch 4. Comprehensive assessment for each batch of finished yarn according to internal control quality standards

VI、Finished yarn packing

    To ensure that customers receive satisfactory products, Consinee maintains stringent requirements and testing for the packaging of each cone of yarn. From the inspection before packaging (the appearance, color and yarn faults of each cone of yarn), the selection of plastic bags, to the labels and packaging cartons of each cone of yarn, every detail must follow the company’s regulations on packaging quality.
